Before downloading to Hulu, you may need to make some adjustments in the app settings. Click on the Downloads section at the bottom of the application, then click on the Settings icon (gear in the upper right side).
You will see some sections. One is called video quality and is set by default. You can click and set it to High if you want the show or downloadable movie to look better. Be aware that switching to High will lead to longer download time and will consume more storage space on your device.
There is another section called Cellular Download. The default setting is usually set to off. Click on the slider to set this to On if you want to use your cellular connection to handle downloads on Hulu. If you have a limited data plan, it is recommended that you keep this setting off.
