Get Closer: The reason why Wi-Fi doesn't work is that you are too far from the router. Grab your device and take it as close to the router as possible, then try to connect online.
Troubleshooting: If you are experiencing Wi-Fi problems on your Windows PC, right-click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, select the "Troubleshoot" option, and wait for the device to do its job. The whole process takes less than a minute to complete and my connection problems have been solved several times so far.
Forget Wi-Fi and reconnect: this is another quick and easy solution. The process varies by device and OS, but if you're using an Android phone, search for Wi-Fi in Settings and select your network. A window will then appear on your screen, with some information also containing a "forget" button. Click on the button and then reconnect to the same network with your password.
Do a factory reset: This is far from the best available option, but if nothing else works, the reset may result in important factory settings. It will delete all data from your device - including program errors that may cause connection problems - and return everything to its original settings. But before proceeding this way, be sure to back up the data on your device. To check how to do a factory reset on an Android device, click here.
