You can hide the images on your LG phone from within the gallery app. Launch the application, click the image you want to hide, then click the icon in the upper-right corner (three vertical points). All you have to do is select the "lock" option and you're good to go.
To access the hidden photos, head to the Gallery app and tap on the icon in the upper-right corner (three vertical points) and select "Show locked files". You will have to punch your password or use your fingerprint to access it.
